Yelena Lowenfeld

Marketing Director, The Grace Children's Foundation

Yelena is very excited to join The Grace Children Foundation as its Marketing Director.

She was born and raised in the former USSR where she received her Masters Degree in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics.

In 2008, three years after moving to the US from Russia, Yelena founded a six-person Internet Marketing Agency in New York, NY that was rated #7 on the Top 10 Web Design list in 2010. The firm garnered several awards for website design and local marketing success in three consecutive years: 2010, 2011 and 2012 Outstanding Achievement (Interactive Media Awards) and “Best Local Business” (US Commerce Association).

After welcoming her newborn daughter, Anna, in 2013, Yelena shifted her focus on helping non-profit organizations to achieve their fundraising and marketing goals. Yelena worked on marketing and re-branding campaigns for the Kupferberg Center for the Arts at Queens College, The Louis Armstrong House Museum, The Economic Stimulus Projects for Work and Action, Haiti, and participated in branding and marketing for the *Aspire* capital campaign for Princeton University.

In 2015, Yelena successfully completed a Certificate Program and received her Certificate in Fundraising and Non-profit Development from the NYU School of Professional Studies.

She then worked as the Program Manager of Social Media at the Project Management Institute, NYC Chapter, an incredible and rewarding experience.

"It is a great privilege and honor to be a part of the Grace Children Foundation’s team and be able to make a positive impact on children’s lives."
